Feasibility Assessment

During Feasibility, your team works with you to create a turnkey project plan, by reviewing engineering, permitting, design and site issues, as well as costs that may impact your project. At the completion of the Feasibility Assessment, you will be provided an official review and turnkey cost estimate for your project.

Feasibility Factors:

  • Design and Approvals: required permits, design reviews, and associated fees

  • Site Conditions: site survey and soil tests

  • Soft Cost Estimation: fees associated with the project and third parties

  • Project Goal Visioning: review of your specific vision

  • Hard Cost Estimation: estimate of cost for physical construction

  • Schedule Estimation: comprehensive schedule for the project

Design & Permitting

Once project feasibility has been determined, your design team will work with you to develop permit-ready documents that reflect your goals and design intent. Your design team will work with you from conception to construction, providing clarity and professional guidance throughout the process.

The design team will:

  • Coordinate architects and engineers to complete plans and specifications for your project as are needed for permitting and construction.

  • Work with you to obtain local permits

  • Prepare — or requests from qualified sub-contractors — competitive estimates for all aspects of construction.

  • Finalize the project schedule.

  • Finalize the project budget.

Construction

Once permits have been approved, your construction team will conduct a kick-off meeting to review the schedule, budget and documents. Our construction team will customize their process to your project ensuring your goals are met.

Benefits of our construction process:

  • More-expedient construction resulting in shorter timeline to completion, and deadlines met.

  • Greater tolerances of construction resulting in higher-quality, lower-energy homes.

  • Rigorous QA/QC.

  • Less material waste and increased worker safety.

  • Efficient project delivery mitigating cost overruns.

  • Transparency and collaboration with you.
